ABOUT
Lemo, a native of Dallas, Texas is first a Dynamic Singer/Songwriter.
When asked, Lemo replies, "Since the age of seven I realized that touching peoples lives with my talents is what I wanted to do when I was older."
The brilliant mind of this Artist writes all of his own music he mentions, "Everything I sing and write is state of the art and straight from the heart."
Lemo has made guest appearances at Steve Harvey's Comedy Club in Dallas, Texas, and has performed on stage live with musical songbird legend Patti Labelle, Isley Brothers, Oleta Adams, Ruben Studdard, Peabo Bryson, Roberta Flack, Taylor Dayne, Bebe & Cece Winans, Stephanie Miils, Dorinda Clake-Cole, Jennifer Holiday and Beverly Crawford to name a few.
Certainly no stranger to larger audiences, Lemo has appeared in front of one of the toughest crowds there is, "It's Showtime At the Apollo," in Harlem, New York, where he managed to tear the house down at just fifteen years old. Lemo was also a prior member of the Grammy-Award Winning Gospel group, "God's Property with Kirk Franklin."
He was a featured artist in Camelot Music Store on South Made Records distributed worldwide as well as a compilation album on Midwest Records.
Lemo is currently able to keeps his musical dream flowing by performing at various musical venues in the greater Los Angeles Area like BB Kings Universal Citywalk and he played the lead role of Chance in "Where's My Daddy" at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre. He was also featured on the Reality show “Fix My Choir,” with Michelle Williams –Destiny’s Child & Gospel Artist Deitrick Haddon.
Lemo was a regular on TV shows "Boston Public" and on Dance shows "Dance 360", "The Drop" and "Soul Train". Lemo was the lead in the Feature Film "Money to Burn" and was on Court TV's "LA Forensics".
Most recently Lemo was featured combining both his music and acting talents on two of MTV's hottest music shows- "MTV's THE SCORE" and "MTV's LITTLE TALENT SHOW". He lends both his acting and singing talents in the short film, MAHOGANY BLUES as well as plays the lead in a TV pilot written and produced by he and his sister/producing partner titled, "COMMON BOND." He also performed as Actor and Co-Producer, Singer/Songwriter for three more TV Pilots they co-wrote “The Christians,” “It’s Really Renee ” & “Cracking Up” Sketch Comedy.
He hopes to continue to share his gifts with the world and pursue his dream of musical pleasure or continue in his current acting career until the appropriate doors open.
